INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE

Selectively acquired and curated nursing home properties bound by long-term contracts into a cohesive portfolio and successfully sold to an institutional investor.

TSC Gefcare Real Estate Fund's strategy was to selectively acquire nursing home properties leased with LT contracts to a number of leading healthcare operators and to sell them as a “portfolio” to an institutional investor within a 5-7 year period.
The fund aggregated a diversified portfolio of 28 quality nursing homes leased to top tier operators across Germany and successfully sold to a European institutional investor for EUR 425 million in 2020, fully realising the initially projected performance.
The fund achieved an overall return of 175% and approximately 13% Net IRR. The exit is completed for TSC Gefcare Real Estate Fund.
