Luxembourg, July 2024 – Threestones Capital acquires a portfolio of three high quality care assets in excellent locations in Hessen, Germany, the “Rhein-Main portfolio”, for its TSC Fund – Eurocare IV investment vehicle. The properties are operated under a long-term lease by one of Germany’s top five care home operators.

Built in 2007, the property is located in Wiesbaden, Hesse, approximately 1.3 km south of the city centre, in a mixed residential and commercial area.
