29 Sep Threestones Capital Acquires an Ophthalmology Clinic in Kiel, Germany for TSC Fund – Eurocare IV
Luxembourg, September 2025 – Threestones Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of an ophthalmology clinic located in the municipality of Kiel in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The property is acquired through the investment vehicle TSC Fund – Eurocare IV.
The facility comprises two interconnected buildings: a historic Wilhelminian-style villa built in 1902 and a modern annex completed in 2015. This combination of preserved architecture and contemporary design results in a functional and representative healthcare environment. The total lettable area exceeds 3,500 square meters. The clinic includes 32 beds across 12 patient rooms and features 4 surgical theatres.
As one of Germany’s most established eye surgery centres, the clinic is operated by a renowned healthcare group with a network of over 20 locations across the country.
