05 Apr Threestones Capital Acquires Five Care Homes in Northern Germany for TSC Fund – Eurocare IV
Luxembourg, April 2025 – Threestones Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of 5 care home properties offering a total of over 400 in-patient care places and 30+ assisted living apartments located in the towns of Schwerin, Wilhelmshaven, Edemissen, Scheessel and Grossenbrode in Northern Germany. “The acquisition of this five-asset portfolio in Northern Germany strengthens Threestones’ presence in the region and represents a valuable addition to TSC Fund – Eurocare IV”, says Jakob Bjurgert, Head of Portfolio Management with Threestones Capital.

Schwerin
The property is located in the old town of central Schwerin, in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, in the north-east of Germany. Operated by Vitanas, the nursing home offers a total of 6,284 sqm and accommodates 140 beds, comprising 98 single rooms and 21 double rooms.
Wilhelmshaven
The property is located close to the city center of Wilhelmshaven, in the federal state of Lower Saxony, on the north-west coast of Germany. The facility managed by Hesena benefits from a central location and offers a total of 82 beds, comprising 40 single rooms and 21 double rooms (42 beds). It has a total area of 2,986 sqm.
Edemissen
The property is located in Edemissen, a municipality in the district of Peine, Lower Saxony, situated between Hannover and Braunschweig. The nursing home is centrally positioned, operated by Korian, the facility offers a total of 50 beds, comprising 24 single rooms and 13 double rooms. In addition, there are 20 assisted living apartments. The property has a total built area of 2,607 sqm.Scheessel
