27 Sep Threestones Capital Acquires Two New Properties in Germany for TSC Fund – Eurocare IV
Luxembourg, 14th September 2023 – Threestones Capital Management is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of two nursing home real estate properties located in Cologne and Künzell, Germany, for its TSC Fund – Eurocare IV investment vehicle. The sellers are companies of the German insurance group HUK-COBURG.
The facility in Cologne is located in the lively Kalk district close to the center and impresses with a mix of uses consisting of 40 assisted apartments and 80 beds in the area of inpatient care. The facility, built in 2002, is operated by a non-profit organization.
The second property is located in Künzell, Hesse, and is only a few minutes drive from Fulda. The spacious facility is used for inpatient care and currently has 118 beds in mostly single rooms.
Speaking about the acquisition, Michael Krantz from Threestones Capital Management, commented, “We are delighted to add two high-quality assets to our portfolio, which now consists of 19 properties. This transaction reflects our strategy of investing in strong macro- and micro-locations with a high demand for care places.”
The advisors on the buy-side were KL Gates (legal), JLL (technical), Savills (valuation), Immotiss (market) and TSC Real Estate (advisor). CBRE and GSK STOCKMANN (legal) acted as advisors to the sell-side.
